I have had multiple visits to fix my refrigerator and my ice maker is still not working. A new part was installed last Friday and I still do not have ice. I am paying a lot of money for a service plan that is useless.

I had to wait 2 weeks for an initial service call. Tech "completed" repair, and was professional enough. Left before verifying the refrigerator actually worked. He said give it 24 hours to cool down. Needless to say 12 hours later it was 3 degrees warmer than ambient. Now Sears says they cannot get a tech out for another 2 weeks. If the fridge was under warranty I would look elsewhere for repair.

Took 10 weeks to finally get the fridge/freezer fixed. Will NEVER make a purchase from Sears again.

So far Sears has made three trips to repair this. The first they sent a tech that didnt know much about repair...She tried but failed to find the cause for the leak, but ordered parts and we paid 180 bucks...second text was three hours late and said since we didnt have the right parts he needed to order them..ok...third tech came, installed parts and left a dripping water line. This has been over 4 weeks now still waiting for another trip and another day off from work while I wait in the 4 hour block. I will NEVER but anything from Sears again and frankly I can see why they are going out of business...

Took 5 minutes to fix and labor charge was almost $200! But that isn’t the issue I was unhappy about. When I ordered the service I specifically asked if the $89 diagnostic charge would be deducted from any repair cost and I was told it would. However, I was charged $89 in addition to the labor charge.

Never showed up for appointment, call center says that they cannot pull appointments for a week. Already paid them and now have to pay another company to finish the job.

Dryer was repaired no problems with the repairmen but the price was outrageous never will use this service again.

Techs first misdiagnosed my refrigerator, the second tech must have sent in the wrong measurements. I received a refrigerator thats too large and now I'm left footing the bill for the mistake. The third party company it goes through has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They said it was my fault I should of checked it although they sent me the wrong model number so I couldn't check and then told me I was annoying. When I first informed that I wanted to cancel the item before it was pulled or delivered they tried to charge me because I couldn't see it. Then they send it and it's too big and they still charged me. Experience from HELL

NEVER SHOWED UP!! Waited all day for them to come. Called three times, only to be told they are still coming. Never showed up or even called to say they weren't coming. Very poor way to run a business. Will never call them again
