Stuart was good, but Sears prices are way out of line! It would have cost over $600.00 to put on a simple oven igniter on my LG oven! 10 minute job! I know because I ended up doing it my self! For $300.00 more I could have gone out and bought a new oven. I paid the $139.00 service fee! The part did cost me $200.00 I could have gotten the part on Amazon for $25.00 but the reviews were bad on their parts!

First visit the technician was nice but never started the dishwasher and the dishwasher was still not working. Tried calling and I could not talk to a human , I only got AI . That is beey frustrating as if I talked to a human I could of had someone come back out sooner . Technician for second visit was kind and respectful and made sure that the dishwasher was functioning properly. Get rid of AI !!!! We need to talk ro a person.
