I had 2 appointments canceled for n reason given 3rd time worked I do not like Samantha my “AI”. Assistant. It does not “understand your frustration”. It is a computer My service person was very competent and respectful and nice. Getting him here was trying. I think my Sears protect plan is an inference it is what was holding up my appointment.

Don’t call this place if you want to talk to a real person after you schedule your appointment. They got my street name wrong, and their site and chat service both would not update to the correction I made to my address, so the tech never showed up and they automatically rescheduled me to another day I did not choose. Call someone else if you want professional service.

The appointment system is ridiculous. There is no human person that you can reach if you have a problem. They canceled my appointment because they said I didn't have my parts when my parts had come two or three days before I got the notice they had canceled my appointment. Then they kept trying to reschedule me on my phone and I would accept an appointment and nothing would happen. No one to talk to will not use Sears repair again. Beware
