Bill has been to my home more than 10 times to fix my refrigerator through my home warranty and he's been a jem! He's very patient and kind and even have me his cell number in case i had any more issues. The fridge keeps needing to be fixed but that isn't due to his repairs. It's a refrigerator that should have been replaced by the warranty would rather pay $1500 in parts and labor to fix it. So Bill keep coming back!
