Dan did a great job getting my electric dryer working, He quickly analyzed the symptoms and informed me that the problem was due to an electrical system outage rather than the dryer itself. He explained the technical details, and advised me to immediately call an electrician and the power company. I highly recommend both Dan and Sears appliance services.

Sears Appliance Repair/Tech Bill M. kept me well informed about the appt and tech arrival. Tech Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled. Ultimately the repair (fried motor on ice maker) could not be done only because necessary part no longer available. Will use service again and request Tech Bill M. if possible.
