The repairman turned the washer on, ran it for a bit, and said he didn't know what was wrong. He stated that if the issue was with the control board, it would cost over $800, and we should consider buying a new washer. Additionally, offering to have me call to discuss this issue at the number below, but then forcing me to speak with your AI assistant, Samantha, is a waste of my time.

How on earth do you get them to come out to an appointment? I have been cancelled on 3 times now! Each time stating we don't have the parts that were sent to us when we confirmed MULTIPLE times we have the parts. I called as you stated to do and guess what resulted from that, a new appointnent was made for a weekday and you CANCELLED it at 11:00 that day. I took off work to have you cancel again. When I called and asked the reasoning, nobody could say anything except maybe there was not a technician in your area. Worst company ever! Cancelled again! You have got to be kidding me! I am stuck with this awful repair company due to warranty repair. At this rate my other LG washing machine will be dead by the time the dryer gets fixed!

A Technician was scheduled to come out 08/20/25 and never showed up. My appointment has been rescheduled 5 different times in the last 2 months, this last time my ticket was closed and no one came out. Very unprofessional service.

Horrible scam. I entrusted a reputable name company to repair my mom’s dryer. They required $149 plus a part w labor to be paid upfront then the install of the part appt kepy getting rescheduled due to part that they sell on amazon and home depot in abundance was on backorder and they couldn’t find part. I lost out on $468 and can’t get a live person on the phone just apologies and runaround from AI chat and phone recordings. Ive never been so frustrated in all of my life that a company would do this to a senior citizen and take their money. Oh they offered to allow canceling the followup repair appt if we didn’t want to continue to wait for part and offered to refund part which was free but not the associated labor that was the bulk of what we had to pay in advance. Don’t be scammed. Stay away from this company. Im disputing the charge with my bank. Update: not good I received a response to my initial review including apology for my experience and a phone number to call to obtain help with my matter. It was the same robocop recording with no option to speak with a live person and finally the system again hung up on me. Do not use Sears for appliance repair. I shouldn’t have had to pay in advance for labor and for a part that now i cant receive refund for because they couldn’t find it! Ive never been so disgusted by a company. My mom paid another appliance company to diagnose her dryer’s issue and they gave her an amount that she’d be expected to pay once the part is installed. This practice should be standard. A technician came out and said I needed a new screen for my refrigerator. I ordered the replacement, but the issue still isn’t resolved. I told him from the beginning that the problem wasn’t the screen. Now I’m out $150 for a misdiagnosis that didn’t fix anything.

Came out to fix my dryer in June. Charged me $320.00, but they only replaced a fuse, problem was not fixed. I would not recommend this company, I have been trying to get my money back, since June.☹

Didnt not do anything to my refrigerator just open the doors and said the compressor gone without checking anything else .I started to pull it out from the wall said not nessary .it cost 149 for 5min visit .what a rip off I could see if he took it apart and looked at maybe but he checked nothing.
