While I’m not happy that it couldn’t be fixed cheaper, Dan did an excellent job, got quick service, and all things that could’ve been wrong were checked!

Sears Appliance Repair/Tech Bill M. kept me well informed about the appt and tech arrival. Tech Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled. Ultimately the repair (fried motor on ice maker) could not be done only because necessary part no longer available. Will use service again and request Tech Bill M. if possible.
