He didn’t act diagnose the problem the first time when he came back to replace the part that was ordered something else was wrong also so we had to order a part again so it took almost 2 weeks to get washer repaired

This was the fourth appointment I had scheduled, with the other three being cancelled during or even after the service window. Technician did show up today but couldn't fix dishwasher. He did seem to try to help with the write up saying that it needed to be replaced.

The service was completed. The service man lied to me about a part being reordered because the first door came damaged and was taken by the service man but never reordered I with like a call to get this problem take care of

Will never use again Cannot talk to a person. Three different parts were replaced for close to $1,000 and the ice maker still didn’t work. Called another company, talked to real people and it works!

The warranty service provided is a complete failure. I was left without a functioning oven for two months due to a ridiculous cycle of incompetence. The service windows spanned an entire workday (8 hours), only for appointments to be repeatedly—at least ten times—canceled without adequate notice. The challenge of simply reaching a competent human being within the organization is immense. When I finally connected with support staff, they were universally unhelpful, passing me down the line rather than solving the problem. I expect the standard deflection in their reply, asking me to call their main line again. To management: do not tell me to call a number I have already used a dozen times. If you truly cared about customer resolution, YOU would call me. The problem is back after 1 day and it’s back into this infinite loop of incompetence

Completely useless to call this company. Service tech looked at dishwasher for 30 seconds, said it’s probably the mother board. He says mother boards always go out on these machines. He doesn’t have any motherboards on his truck. Then says if he did it would be $600 to fix it. He says I can order the mother board myself for about $100 and do the repair myself. Then goes on to try and sell me home appliance insurance. And says insurance payment can go toward part of the cost for him to fix dishwasher when he gets the part in. I declined insurance and motherboard replacement. Kept searching online for possible fix. Found a part had just accumulated a bunch of gunk and needed to be cleaned. Dishwasher works great. Wasted $150 dollars for a service call.
