Daniel is the best - resolved all issues and answered all my questions fully. However - the difficulty I had with the service representatives and having to reschedule my service 4 times because of the company cancelled them with no notification will prevent me from using this service again in the future.

Tech came in, assessed the issue I had and started on the repair. Pleasant and nice. Cleaned up the area after the repair. Good experience. A few hours after the repair, my freezer is again getting and staying cold.
