The service tech was very polite and experienced replace the needed parts. Not sure yet if the icemaker is working, we need to wait for the refrigerator to cool down to a point where it will make ice?

Extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful serviceman. couldn't ask for better. We signed up for appliance warranty so we could ensure this level of quality going forward. Also we bought our appliances at Sears, have had good service from Sears in the past and our appliances are mostly around 20 yrs old.
