The tech u guys dispatched never came I’ve been sitting up since 6:15 am no one never showed up the he had the nerves to report that the order was completed this is unacceptable and disappointing that u guys have a liar working for u at this point I will can my subscription with u guys and contact my lawyer and sue u guys for all the money I’ve spent in regards to the repair of my dishwasher

Mark was very detailed in explaining the situation with my gas dryer. The problem is my duct work at my condo, not my dryer. He took pictures. I was very impressed with him.
