I am very dissatisfied in my technician. He did very little to problem solve my issue. Instead he told my wife, "it was too labor intensive and he'd have to take the dishwasher out to see the real problem". He quickly stated just get a new one. Complete waste of $150. Very disappointing, after having many positive experiences with Sears.

The tech was fine, unfortunately they don’t seem to have common supply like a belt for a dryer drum. $20 to $25 tops. I had to wait over a week for them to get this before they could complete the repair. I was quoted over $400 . Gave them their $149 to tell me what I already knew. ( What a shame ) told them it’s unacceptable to expect a household to go over a week without being able to use a dryer. Went to ABC warehouse, purchased a new washer and dryer, installed the next day. I would recommend calling a different repair facility that doesn’t gouge you on the initial visit, and most likely will have common components to make the repairs.
