On time, friendly and fixed the issue with our washer. However, the scheduling system is a nightmare. You need to fix that if you want repeat clients. It is awful!

I will never call sears services again! The technician came today and automatically stated he didn’t and wouldn’t have the time to fully diagnose the problem we explained to him. He then stated how expensive this was going to be. He never even took the shell of the washer off to fully get to the problem explained to him. I paid for his time and my wasted time! And I still don’t have a washing machine. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER CALL YOU AGAIN!!!!
