Dan was on time, professional and courteous. A credit to your company! Should I need future appliance service I sincerely hope it's Dan who is sent out. I've had 2 other service folks out and find that Dan is the most knowledgeable and efficient.

Refridgerator

Tech was fantastic

The repair and the were fantastic. But that's only part of the story. I wish I could say the same for Sears way of doing business. They don't want you to talk to a real person and they push communications to chat. Which I find annoying. Then the window of service is 8:00am until 5:00pm basically all day. So someone had to sit at the house all day for the tech who showed up at 4:30pm. This is no reflection on the tech we were very happy with his service. This does say strongly to us Sears doesn't care about its customers time. A 4 hour window for service would be workable but all day long. I guess your suppose to take 2 while days off work when you get service from Sears. One day for the first call then one day for when they return with a part. Next time I will try to get service where I can talk to a real person and with Someone who values my time too, and will give a 4 hour window of service. Someone at Sears needs to rethink the way they are doing business.
