The technician explained the problem with my old gas range. Explained the cost of the repair is in close range for a new product. He has great knowledge of the issue of the old one compared to the new ones. I was very pleased with his information.

My technician, Chadwick, phoned me prior to his arrival, informing me of my options and his location. When he arrived, we discussed the job and he got right down to it.
