Jim was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He knew exactly what the issue was and got straight to work on the repair. He also talked to me about preventative maintenance and next steps should it happen again. I’m also very pleased with the Sears service. I called today at 7a and my 9 year old Kenmore Elite washer was fixed by 11a! Fabulous!
