Wow - what an amazing experience. In todays world of poor communication and service, Sears is a breath of fresh air! So simple to set up the online appointment and then the text alerts an e-mails kept us up to date on confirmation of appointment and when technician would arrive. Well done and will most certainly use again!

Joseph, is very knowledgeable and friendly and will always request him,, when I can, as my service Repairman from Sears.. However, I was not happy with the AI, whatever she is called. I think Sears is making a big mistake not having the ability for customers to talk to actual customer service people.

Our technician Timothy was wonderful. There was no physical work involved, as he called it informational. There basically was the finding of humidity, partly due to the age of our Maytag refrigerator. I did expect a reduction in the service call however.
