Joseph was prompt, polite and explained what the problem was on his diagnostic trip. He told us that the warranty CO would choose whether to repair or replace our fridge. They opted to repair. He told me to inspect the parts and notify when they arrived so a follow visit could be set up. He arrived on the day he was scheduled to do the repair. he was very systematic in setting up the job and doing it in a timely matter. He explained what to look for and if we had any problem to call the warranty CO. No complaints with work done, or with Joseph. Job well done! Sincerely Albert W. Haggerty

Reached out to us with an earlier appointment opportunity which was appreciated. On time, friendly and extremely thorough in troubleshooting our issue with the washer. He was very patient attempting to replicate the problem. He was very helpful with tips and recommendations to keep the machine in good order.
