Technician (Tim), very knowledgeable and professional. His trouble shooting and task completion was very efficient and effective.Thank you 👍 great job Tim, freezer working like new. Also I found a 2inch inspection mirror, that must have fallen out of the tool bucket 🪣, I can drop it off, or he can pick it up here. Thx again 👍

Alex is an excellent service tech. He was personable, professional and explained all the steps he was taking in the repair process. He treated our house as if it were his own, being very careful not to scratch our wood floors while sliding the stove out.
