Alex was great. He came in went to work right away. Alex explained everything he was going to do before he started. He showed me the damaged part once he removed it. Alex took all precautions to prevent any damage to my floor when moving the stove. He cleaned up after himself when finished. Last but not least he was successful in getting my range back in working condition.

Our service technician, Joe, was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and professional. I cannot recommend him enough. Sears online system and AI customer service bots we're a challenge to deal with. The first part ordered arrived damaged and it took several weeks for Sears to remedy the situation. It was difficult get to a real human in their system. There were multiple hiccups on Sears end in getting a new part shipped to our house. Honestly, our experience with Joe really made up for the deficit in Sears' ability to adequately deal with our issues. These five stars are for him. Sears customer service gets 2-3 stars but only because they didn't end up charging me for the part that took a month to get here.

Levi was great to deal with. Not an easy problem to solve and believe Levi looked at everything But the diagnosis was wrong when the appliance company came out that I purchased from said it was a wire harness. But I am grateful for Levi’s immediate service!
