Joseph was very helpful and informative. Turns out the reason the burners on my gas stovetop weren’t lighting was because of improper cleaning. So he was very kind about it and went over the details on how to do it correctly to avoid this issue in the future.

Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. My unit is under warranty and though it doesn't look to be repairable Joe explained everything and will submit the paperwork to start the replacement process for us.

Alex was prompt and efficient.He quickly diagnosed my dryer problem and what parts I would need.However the particular parts needed would be difficult to find and would be used so I was able to conclude Zi would need to buy a new dryer.However my recent research shows that new appliances whatever the brand are not made as well and will not last very long.He was not able to recommend any brand over another.
