Alex was amazing. Very kind and helpful. Took his time and explained everything. I can’t articulate how patient and calm he was. My dishwasher has been broken for months and it finally stopped working on Christmas night. I reached out to Sears on the 26th and within a few hours Alex was there to fix the problem.
