The auto. Phone service SUCKS! Very inpersonal , 5 appointments to get service done 5days I had to stay home 8 am till 5 pm. Losing $. Joe the tech was the only thing I give 5 stars too.

The technician was great. Unfortunately, our washing machine is un-repairable. I am hoping that the warrantee will ensure that we can an equal replacement.

Did a great job! Arrived early in the repair window, worked efficiently, checked to make sure everything was set and working well before he wrapped up, Explained what he did, and was very personable. I told him he can’t retire for another 13 years – so he can continue to work on our Appliances..
