Joseph came to my house on 7/21 and replaced the 3 parts that were mailed. He certainly knew what he was doing and had everything fixed quickly and then tested the machine to be sure. He also gave me some good information about other appliances in my house and added them to my account.

Timothy was just awesome. Great personality. Very personable and knowledgable. He came in and replaced the ice maker quickly with no issues. Very pleasant experience.
