Alex was very knowledgeable about our German washing machine. We had complete confidence in him. The AI system and unfriendly user capacity of it would get a 1 stat at the most though. Sears needs a person at some point for customer service when there is an issue. Alex was great but I will never use Sears again because of the no human contact ability.
