The technician was fine and did a good job! However, whoever is scheduling the service calls leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve had 5 no shows on my item since February 4th. There was supposed to be a 2nd technician today but just one showed up so I helped with removing the microwave from the wall and re-installing it.
