Levi was very helpful and explained in detail what had to be replaced and why. Part is no longer available so no repair was necessary and dryer will have to be replaced.

My technician was great! Was forthcoming with potential cost, options, etc. Seamless repair. (And my dog liked him. Definitely a plus) Now I don’t have to buy a new dryer!
