My technician was experience and efficient. I was pleased with his service. The scheduling process , however, was frustrating because after booking the appointment, it was not possible to speak with a Sears representative unless the call was initiated by Sears (who rescheduled my service twice). Automated calls for customer services do not answer all questions well.

Sears home warranty is always a great deal when you have coverage because Sears has always performed as they do when it comes to anything regarding the house such as electrical, plumbing, appliances, roofing, siding, gym equipment, generators, AC heating equipment, I mean they do all sorts of things. Sears Home warranty gets five stars
