Service technician was quick to respond (next day) and efficiently solved my problem. He was very amiable also. However, the experience with AI agent I made the appointment with left much to be desired. It promised that technician would call before arriving to discuss my problem and give ETA. He also was supposed to give repair estimate. None of that happened.

Seeing that this issue has been going on for almost two months. I am not happy. The first tech should have pulled unit the first trip. Then we would have seen the problem. It would have been taken care of. I would have been able to buy a new one then. Four trips out,to find out I had a mouse chew a wire and that is not covered by my warranty company. Not happy. Now I have to find a new one two weeks before Christmas. Thanks for taking soo long.

Our technician was great. Making the appointment was not so great. There is no possibility to talk to a human being. AI told me it was sorry that the date scheduled had to be changed to a date my husband was having surgery. I don't think AI was sorry at all. I tried every way I could think of to talk to a human, even tried ordering new services thinking if there was an opportunity to make a sale I would get a human but that didn't work either. AI is fine until it isn't. Perhaps when my contract is up for renewal I will get a call from a human, then again maybe not. Wake up Sears Home Services. There should be an option to speak to a human.

My technician was on time and courteous. Unfortunately, when turning the circuit breaker off to the dishwasher, he believed it wasn't off and didn't assess my dishwasher. After, an electrician confirmed that the circuit was actually off and there was no power to the dishwasher.

The technician told me right away when he arrived that he had to be out of here fast. He then complained to someone on his phone that he had so many calls to do and didn’t want to be working on Christmas Eve. He did figure out that the control panel in the dryer needed to be replaced, but the part is no longer available. No mention of the second part of the appointment to clean the washer. On the plus side, I think the $129 fee for the call and diagnostic was very reasonable.

He's knowledgeable but I feel like he never fixes anything. Just gives me advice on how to fix it. He seems overscheduled so always rushing.

Technician was supposed to arrive Thursday 8-5. I took the day off from work, was warned by AI message if no one was there to receive them, I would be charged a “No Show” fee, however, Sears was the “No Show”. AI texts all day kept pushing back the time until last message said the technician would be arriving 7-9pm. Obviously that was not going to happen. No one ever showed up all day. Very frustrating!!!! No human ever available for answers… only AI on the end of the phone line. Rescheduled for 2 days later. Tech arrived and made it very clear he was overworked and should not be here on the weekend (Saturday). He was very condescending, somewhat rude, and did not listen to me. Spent most of the appointment on his phone in his car. Told me there was nothing he could do because it was the weekend! Why did he bother to come at all I asked. His response “AI” scheduled the appointment!

Repairman was prompt but very curt and somewhat condescending in his manner. Hes was sarcastic also. Not sure why he was so crabby but it was uncalled for.
