The technician was surly and basically said we had to upgrade our appliance software. That was something we were to figure out on our own, which I did while he was still here. There was no new software to upgrade.

While our repair guy was there first thing in the morning he came with an obnoxious attitude. For reason when called me to say he was close to our house he imagined I said I had been “waiting all day.” It was 9:00 a.m. and I had said “great!” When he got to our house he told my wife about this. Then. No matter what she told him about what was wrong with the stove he told her there was nothing wrong with it. When I got there I got the same treatment. This was a disaster.

The service technician was great. The problem is now fix with our dryer. I wish that we had been told that the labor for fixing the issue would be a significant cost. $300 in labor for a job that took 30 minutes is extremely over priced. Having qualified people do the work is great, but I do feel that rate is significantly too high.

This is Tim's second visit. The first time he did absolutely nothing except complain that he did not sell Samsung and he does not know anything about them. The first time he came he said he did not have to look at the manual because, "It's running", yet the control panel is not displaying like it used to. He said, "Just use it. If it fails again, call me." The problem is all of the lost food. It is a challenge for me to go shopping. That is why I wanted a large freezer. Today, Tim did call Samsung. He then got the control panel back looking like it used to before the melt down. He complained the whole time because, "It's running". Yes, when it came back on the day after the meltdown, it was freezing cold. I do not know why it had the melt down plus I do not know why it came back on. I do know I lost ~$400+ worth of food + the trip to the grocery stores to get it. Frustrating. At least now the control panel looks like it used to. I hope it keeps running.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They came out to inspect the washer at my tenant’s house in another state and charged a diagnostic fee, which is understandable and standard. However, the technician was extremely rude and unprofessional during the visit. While I was speaking on the phone regarding the situation, the technician kept making unnecessary comments and spoke to me in a very disrespectful and arrogant manner. His attitude was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. Customer service and professionalism matter just as much as technical skills. Unfortunately, this experience was very unpleasant, and I would not recommend this company based on how I was treated.

Sorry to report, a bad experience with your service guy, Alex. Arrived promptly thank you, but that was the end of courtesy. His tone was condescending, uninformative, even scolding. I tried to guide him to diagnosis of my dishwasher malfunction, but he kept diverging, kept repeating that I should have read the manual myself. When he finally took out a screwdriver and opened the panel below the door, he looked in, announced that there was evidence of mice, and launched into a dissertation on Huntington's Disease, and how he wouldn't even touch the pump or solenoid or any part that needed inspection. That was it. I was under the impression this was a $129 charge for diagnosis. I got no diagnosis of any kind. And I still paid. I would appreciate a refund of that charge since I received no diagnosis, and I hope your technician would attend some customer relations training. So, we had to have our fridge looked at because our freezer was having issues with temperature and ice freezing over to a high degree. Had the first technician come out, said it was the ice maker causing issues. So $557 later, we ordered the part and had a second technician come replace it after we had let the fridge defrost by taking everything out and letting everything get back to ground zero as instructed. The next day, same issue happened. Set up the third appointment, the same technician came by who installed the ice maker and told us it's an entirely different issue that was gonna run us another 600+ repair. Did not accept it because we just spent almost 600 dollars to replace a part that was later confirmed was not the issue. Called into customer service to be told that I'm out of luck if I don't want to have them come out and fix it while being charged. Asked for a supervisor so I could get more clarification to why they weren't trying to help since this was not rectified as promised and was denied a supervisor over and over. Super frustrated over this entire thing and I do not recommend Sears as it's really difficult to get to talk to a human and this has just been a miserable experience

Asleep at the switch for months. It’s not bad service. That would mean there’s actually someone working that did a bad job. It’s no service. Unmanned bots, blowing off the customer. I don’t even think this is a real business.
