This is Tim's second visit. The first time he did absolutely nothing except complain that he did not sell Samsung and he does not know anything about them. The first time he came he said he did not have to look at the manual because, "It's running", yet the control panel is not displaying like it used to. He said, "Just use it. If it fails again, call me." The problem is all of the lost food. It is a challenge for me to go shopping. That is why I wanted a large freezer. Today, Tim did call Samsung. He then got the control panel back looking like it used to before the melt down. He complained the whole time because, "It's running". Yes, when it came back on the day after the meltdown, it was freezing cold. I do not know why it had the melt down plus I do not know why it came back on. I do know I lost ~$400+ worth of food + the trip to the grocery stores to get it. Frustrating. At least now the control panel looks like it used to. I hope it keeps running.

Tim was horrible! Would not listen to my issues with the freezer/fridge and barely looked at the pictures I had. This is his 2nd time here. Supposedly he knew what the problem was. I told Tim at the 1st appointment that the water when making ice cubes was leaking from the back of freezer. Tim told me the compressor was compromised due to water leaking in the freezer. Nope. Changed out something else and put in a new control panel. Not the problem! His attitude was horrible! I did like him 1st visit. He will not be welcome in my house again.

Tech was horrible, combative, unhelpful and couldn't wait to leave type attitude. Took over a year to get a replacemet refrigerator because they couldn't fix the one I had. Delay, delay, ignore etc. Suppose to be free delivery of refrigerator. Surprise!!!!, at the last minute they added the delivery charge. Fighting that. My opinion, stay away from sears from the Tech to customer service. It's to bad to. Sears was once a good company. STAY AWAY!!!!!

After 5 visits, none of which were closely on time, I’ve paid over $600, lost 5 days of wages and was told last week our oven was repaired. Today I got home from being out of town and discovered the oven still doesn’t work and is giving the same error code it has given for months. These guys are crooks and I will now seek legal action against them. Stay far far away!!!!!!

The technician came by to install a shelf that was ordered 2 weeks ago, he comes half our earlier than scheduled, the refrigerator shelves that he ordered was not the right part, he went back to his van to reorder the correct part, but When I looked out the window, he was gone without any communication and closed the order ticket put back to square one without any communication. I called Sears, after being transferred multiple times, I learned that he has reported that he has replaced the parts some sort of valves that was not part of the order. This should be unacceptable by Sears as this technician just decided that he did not want to do the work and just take off. He has wasted my time and now I have to start all over again.

Told me that no appliance should be grounded. I told him the Contractor & Electrician said code required it be grounded. He could not tell me the reason why. Failed to fix dispenser that did not close. Told me to clean the filter. Isn't that his job? Then, he said I needed a new water pump & it would cost me $861. Either do that or buy a new dishwasher at Lowes His job was to diagnose & fix if he had the parts. Now, I have to find someone to fix the dispenser.

Sears ordered wrong part, cancelled second appointment on same day at noon. Spent the entire morning waiting to hear from technician. RE scheduled... Wrong part ordered. I'm out 130.00 and fridge still isn't fixed. Technician not at fault, very courteous and knowledgeable. However, i wouldn't ever do business with them again. Ever.
