Told me that no appliance should be grounded. I told him the Contractor & Electrician said code required it be grounded. He could not tell me the reason why. Failed to fix dispenser that did not close. Told me to clean the filter. Isn't that his job? Then, he said I needed a new water pump & it would cost me $861. Either do that or buy a new dishwasher at Lowes His job was to diagnose & fix if he had the parts. Now, I have to find someone to fix the dispenser.

Sears ordered wrong part, cancelled second appointment on same day at noon. Spent the entire morning waiting to hear from technician. RE scheduled... Wrong part ordered. I'm out 130.00 and fridge still isn't fixed. Technician not at fault, very courteous and knowledgeable. However, i wouldn't ever do business with them again. Ever.

I was forced to use them due to a protection plan on my fridge. Their scheduling is done by ai, their call center appears to be somewhere near India, and they have no shoed on me twice so far. Would only recommend their services to someone I actively disliked.

So, this morning we had our 4th visit from a Sears tech to work on the same issue with our dishwasher. Which still doesn't work. Every guy who has come just seems to be doing guess work and doesn't actually know anything about the appliance they're working. Our first appointment was scheduled for 11/27, it's now 1/27 and the dishwasher is still not working. It's honestly crazy, but the one good thing is they actually send someone, other companies just seem to never call you back. I'm into deep to give up and buy a new one, maybe it will be working by 2026.

No one ever showed. 4th time in a row. On Christmas Eve, I sat in my unheated house waiting for the technician. And then it said the technician arrived. Not only was there no arrival, but there were no tire marks at all coming through the snow dusting. It was a complete lie. This technician, Joseph, he’s completely lying to you and to us about making the effort to do the work. I’m absolutely disgusted.

They have now rescheduled my appointment 4 times. The tech has not shown. We have missed multiple days of work. I have not had a stove since before Thanksgiving and it is December 16th. The new date is not until the 23rd. I also have two kids with broken hearts because I promised them we would be christmas baking. Very unprofessional* it would be really nice to call the number below but they all tell you you have reached the right place but no one will help you. A supervisor was supposed to call me yesterday still no call. Thanks for the generic response
