In April 2024, Sears came to my house to fix my oven. The tech claimed he ordered a part and would be back. He took my card information stating this was policy and he needed it to complete the order/service. I called him on the appointment day, 2 weeks later, after he did not show up. He told me the part was in his truck but he would have to reschedule and he would call me back. He never did. I made another request and a new tech came to my house. He agreed that the first tech sounded shady. This tech was great. He fixed my oven and I used a completely different card to pay him. A few weeks later, Sears charged my original card for $335. I called to get it refunded since I already had the oven fixed and paid for it. They claimed they issued a refund. They did not. I've called a dozen times and they give different excuses such as they can't find the charge, it was already issued, it takes a month, etc. I have emailed because there is no direct number to billing and customer service states they can't transfer you or email you. They hung up on me three times when I asked for a supervisor. Today, 7 months later, they emailed me to tell me they won't refund me. Sears is horrible and has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. They stole $335 from me. DO NOT USE THEM!

Unfortunately after waiting 2 weeks for parts the technician came back and they were the incorrect parts. The correct parts would have been over $1000 total so I’m forced to now purchase a new appliance. He also scratched my hardwood floors moving the appliance.

Someone was scheduled to be here at 1:30. the time was changed several times and no one actually showed up to fix the stove. Time now is 8:10 PM. we received a verification that the work was finished and taken care of but no one came. I want my stove fixed. I have been without an oven for far to long. Please get my oven fixed or ship me an new one. lets get some thing done now.

After 6 weeks waiting on the parts. We canceled the service. I called the 1800 number and the said they would escalated to find out why the part have not been shipped. 72 business hr pasted and we heard nothing. Would not recommend Sears Appplaice Repair. Their was no issues with the tech.

No communication for 3 weeks then today was scheduled between 8-5 and just received a text at 4pm they can’t make it and rescheduled for 10/31. That is a month and a half after the issue was reported. Just communicate to your customer as I’m sure the tech would be pretty frustrated if they showed up and I wasn’t here. Poor service. The first time they came to my house, he was here until 8pm!

Sent 2 techs who have never worked on my refrigerator before, nice guys but tried to sell me extended warranty and did not fix the problem. I spent $130 for no reason.

We were scammed by them today. After more than a month and three different scheduled visits (they didnt even show for two of them, we were home, and they had to reschedule one) I recieved emails saying they completed the appointment and even one with a forged signature of a receipt i supposedly signed along with a $350 bill for an appliance which was covered under warranty. That was three days of missed work while waiting on them and we still have a broken appliance with absolutely no way to contact them.
