Never showed up. No call. No text. There are 7 houses on my street. Nobody drove by. He claimed he couldn't find the house. It is clear as day on Google Maps. Apparently, he didn't try. Now they are telling me the earliest recall appointment is 2 weeks out!

Horrible!! Devastating! 1year old refrigerator and it broke down. This was in July 2023 with the home warranty plan I pay for every month. At first because the parts had not arrived (October) they said they wouldn't be in until March. Yes, you read that right. I paid my deductibles, and my monthly plan faithfully, still 9/6/2024 still nothing is being done. Under my plan I should have received a new refrigerator, instead in January without any notification to me they closed out my claim. When I finally was able to speak to someone, they said they would have to open a new claim. Again, another deductible payment of $100, and continued monthly payments for the home appliances repair plan. So, someone was sent to my home yet again (both repair men on each occasion were very professional, but their hands are tied. All they can do is order the parts and do the work, and to confirm the refrigerator was broken down. They don't make parts for my refrigerator anymore, so it was agreed I would receive a new replacement. I should hear from someone within 2 business days. No one has called and or have I received their alternative contact by email. To call them, it takes every ounce of energy in me because of the amount of time it takes to get the department necessary for every stage of your claim, and the amount of time you spend on hold only to hear the same thing, that they have expedited the message to the appropriate dept, and you will hear from someone within 2 business days. For anyone reading this, please do NOT invest in this service home appliance plan. It's a scam and not worth a penny of what I've invested in it which to date is over $994 when you include the 3 bags a week (Approx. $12) of ice we have to buy to keep our food cold, the amount of food that went bad initially, the damage to our hard wood flooring from the immense water leakage, and the emotional stress this incident has caused me and my husband. I suggest you spread the word to everyone you can and tell them to spread the word, that this coverage is a hoax, and you'll get burned for certain if you invest in it.

On one of the most beautiful days of the year and my only day off this week, I waited at my house for 10 hours and no one ever showed up. This system is shocking and terrible. Joe was wonderful when he came a couple of weeks ago, But the extraordinary inconvenience is unprecedented. What could you have done better? Come. You could have honored the appointment I waited 10 hours for. That was our LAST appointment‼️ Are you serious?? Has he stood us up again?? I'm going to lose it if he doesn't show up here today‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ This is the worst experience we've ever been through in our lives‼️ UPDATE: OMG. IT GETS WORSE!! Yes, we were stood up again--and not only did the tech no show AND REPORT THAT HE HAD COME AT 6pm (he did NOT show) HE BILLED THE WARRANTY COMPANY HE WORKS FOR FOR A SERVICE CALL‼️ I have opened the receipts that they sent me now and see that on each of FIVE different appointments on which NO WORK was done with the exception of a diagnosis on visit #1, the techs either did not show or came, made false accusations (Thomas) about the appliance being "inaccessible" (once they told me that a table needed to be moved it was relocated within 1 hour), AND FORGED MY SIGNATURE REPEATEDLY‼️😳 I have shared their falsified receipts with the warranty company that hired them. A&E is a fraud. Steer VERY clear. Oh, and after 10 weeks of no repairs being done, the warranty company who have been wonderful, finally hired another company to handle our repair. THANK GOD.

Tech didn't show up or call because they don't deal with lint traps. The issue I ha e is for an all in one and it's the error code for heat exchanger. Not sure why they didn't come. But called and they can't help me.

Find another repair option. The technician showed up late and gave no estimate. He required a “waiver” to remove the trash compactor from the cabinet. The repair was obvious, simply repositioning a switch requiring about 5 minutes. He then demanded $320.00 for the repair. Customer service did not help. I felt ripped off.

Technician NEVER showed….but submitted report and notes as if he had!!!??? This makes the second scheduled service appointment this same tech has entered notes as if he had been present …but never physically showed at premise?? 8/12/24: This makes 3rd NO Show wherein request for survey has been generated on a scheduled service call that technician NEVER called or showed????!!!! Will be filing formal complaint and requesting fee credit for charges since May 22, 2024 when call fir service was initiated ?

Technician never called-phone did not have new call posted, no new txt msg came through, msg said Technician had arrived, 2people in house no doorbell, did not see Van-truck pull up in driveway…I was outside working. And no new email!

While we really loved the technician who came to do the repair, the repair was unable to be done (no fault of the technician). We were told we would be refunded in 5-10 days, and here we are over 3 months later and needing to contact the state attorney general for help because the billing department reported us for fraud in our attempts to get the refund. Which is extra rich because they not only did not give us our refund but made an unauthorized fraudulent charge of their own for $80 a month after the service was provided.

I contacted Sears for dryer repair. They sent out a technician that didn’t know what he was doing and was watching YouTube videos about the dryer. Eventually I got another more experienced tech to come repair but the “repair” turned my dryer that wasn’t working well into a dryer that did not work period. I was told by sears I would get a full refund but over 2 months later am still out all my money. I’ve contacted them via email 10 time with no response and phone calls 13 times (fun fact the only number that picks up is their scheduling department). WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will break your appliances, over charge you and will ghost you at the slightest issue. I had to resort to initiating a chargeback with my credit card company.
