I can't say enough about Jeffrey's service. He came last year and fixed my window A/C, and came out this year to get the unit running in good shape. He was polite, knowledgeable, hardworking, thorough and diligent. He never complained about the extreme heat we were experiencing at the time. He arranged to come back a second day with more tools to ensure the job was done thoroughly. He knew exactly what to do to get my window A/C unit running effectively.
