Sears Kenmore Series 80 Series dryer (older- >15 yrs.)
This particular technician has been outstanding, overall experience with him was truly amazing- thorough, timing thus instance today was fairly good yet AI scheduler was not at all ideal- dryer emergency last Friday p.m.- 1st time anyone came is this afternoon- 6-7 days later. Thankfully with 4 new parts this time!! I had 2 new parts 1-2 months ago!! The 1st time 2 months ago tech. came w/o parts so almost wasted trip then delay for follow-up replacement parts (2 vs. 2 ordered)!! Thank you, hallelujah. Amen!! Service guy was fine. But unless Sears can viably repair a refrigerator, this is a useless waste of everyone's time, especially for customers. It's a scam, really, that a new part costs as much as buying an entire new refrigerator. It seems that Sears is fishing for that one customer willing to pay that exorbitant price.
