He did not fix my appliance

They spent the time here yesterday, promised that my refrigerator will work after they left BUT still not working!

Terrible Service

After this being the second time I had to take off work to be there for the technician because he failed to show up the first time. The second time around he said that I overloaded the washer and that caused the washer to malfunction. Even after me telling him it was not caused by me overloading the washer he proceeded to make that the cause of the malfunction. Offering no solution to the problem.

Incompetent Unprofessional

I chose 1 star because there is no option to choose zero. Had another tech on FaceTime walking him through the process the entire time. At one point he refused to take out the top rack of the dishwasher stating that he didn't know how to and wouldn't know how to put it back in place either. I had to do this part. Yet another tech who was at a nearby location showed up to conclude the job. An unnecessarily long time spent in my kitchen waiting for next step directions, watching videos on his fone and his underwear exposed the whole time.

Not fixed, can't reschedule

The problem isn't fixed. I'm not upset that is wasn't fixed on the first try. I am upset that it is very difficult to schedule a return visit for a proper repair. I couldn't schedule a follow up on the website. I was referred to a phone number. The phone auto attendant sucks. I would appreciate if a human could call me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A TECH EVER!! He came out to fix my dishwasher and ended up breaking a water pipe flooding my brand new hardwood floors. So I started with one problem, and ended the day with 2 new ones!! I had to call a plumber last minute and now my floors are ruined. There is definitely a significant amount of water damage...who knows if there is mold or mildew or warping now. I need new floors now!!

We are not happy at all. This is the third time someone has come out and looked and said the units need to be replaced and nothing has been done. What next. You scream for the monthly payment but when something goes wrong. Nothing, no service.

I I had a bad experience. He was not on time. I would never call sears as the price was too high for the service provided. half the price of dryer just to put a pipe.
