Not the best attitude

Peter got the job done. However when asked to move his truck. He refused. When asked to remove his shoes he was reluctant. This isn't your home or neighborhood it's not a hard task to respect someone's space.

Horrible!

If I could do no stars, I would. He arrived and was a bit aggressive in his tone. He walked out back and concluded that the heat pump was encased in ice. No surprise to me as that's what was reported when we placed the call for help. He then went to the basement and told me that with the system I have, I should only use auxiliary heat. I asked why & he said because of the type of system I have. I noted that auxiliary heat cost more. He then asked what I wanted. He went back & forth with me about my warranty and what it covered. He told me, he could disconnect the system but we'd be without heat for a couple of weeks. We're in the dead of Winter so that's not an option. He then said he was closing my ticket & to call back when it thawed out. I told him, not to close the ticket. Even though my husband has no HVAC experience, I would have him get the ice off of it, as he did last week) and ask Sears to send another tech. I shared that we would not be paying another deductible. When he was leaving, he pulled out his phone and asked me to sign a screen that I believe only said " approved ". I refused to sign because when asked, he was unable to show me what I was signing for. That concluded his visit. He was here for 5 minutes, did nothing, and in my opinion, he was rude.

Sears needs to provide better service

Technician showed up at my house 1 hour earlier to complete a job. The technician decided to leave when I informed him that I am 30mins away from the house. This happens after multiple attempts to schedule a technician resulted in failure. Sears needs to do better in selecting quality technicians.

Horrible

He came to my house 7/12/24 . All he did was rinse my AC unit off with the garden hose & told my mom that the Freon was good . Worked for a few days , 7/19/24 tried to get them to come back out. The earliest was 8/9/24 which was ridiculous. I put in a new claim different company came out . Freon was low & they cleaned which was extra . The other company put in the time & effort to make sure it was done right & called. to make sure the unit was running good

A/C Repair

I called another A/C company and now have air. When Ronald walked in and looked at my unit, he stated that you do not work on these units anymore. He checked the unit outside and told me it was "inefficient ". When I asked what does that mean, he stated, "the opposite of efficient ". He continued to tell me that Goodman products are not used anymore in Maryland because they are not that good. A whole lot of talking made very little sense and very annoying. Thanks to Heating and Cooling, it is more comfortable. As the technician described, it is old and will probably need additional attention .

Disappointed

After waiting 10 days for service, the technician arrived without proper diagnostic tools and was unable to even diagnose the system. The technician was pleasant and I am not certain whose responsibility it is to be prepared for the appointments. I will now need to wait again after being reassigned to another provider.

He did nothing

He was here 10-15 minutes max and just eye balled it and determined everything is fine . His visit was pointless and now the fridge isn't cooling again 5 hours later
