The work done by my technician was fine; however, the servicemen were late in arriving. The first tech was over 1 hour late and the current tech showed up at 1 PM - an hour outside of the window offered. I had to cancel a different afternoon appointment.

Donta was polite and was able to detect the cause of the vibration noise coming from my refrigerator. By putting a clip in place that apparently had not been installed correctly last December when one of your other service people installed a new compressor, the problem was solved- at least so far.

Donta was very professional and since the repair was less than a month old, Sears did not charge us for the parts or service.

Ahmad did a good job in fixing the clothes dryer and arrived on time. However, he tried to sell me the Sears home plan by lying and confusing the prices. When I insisted that he sends me the information to my email so I can read it, I realized that the plan was going to be very expensive and I did not buy it.

Although he provided a job well done however he seemed to have an attitude according to my mother. He was short with her when she was asking questions. Overall the company should do better when it comes to services customers. I had a technician come to my home 5 times for issues concerning my refrigerator and that shouldn't happen to any customer. Each time it was something different.

RYAN WAS POLITE AND FRIENDLY AND SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING, BUT MY REFRIGERATOR IS STILL NOT COOLING. THE REFRIGERATOR WAS PURCHASED IN NOVEMBER 2016.

Mr Walton was very professional and was able to diagnose the problems with the washing machine. There were two other techs that came but neither took the machine apart to look inside and diagnose the issue like Mr Walton did. I greatly appreciate it.

Ronald did what he was supposed to do. Find out what was wrong with the furnace. He found out that I needed a motor. The only thing I have to wait another week in order for the part to come in and it's cold.
