Jeff went above and beyond to make sure that my service call paperwork was in order prior to coming. He recognized a problem immediately when he was dispatched in the a.m., and instead of just ignoring it, and having the call rescheduled, he reached out to me, and made sure that I was aware and had the opportunity to have it taken care of, so that I could have my refrigerator repaired on the day it was scheduled and not have to wait two more weeks for a new appointment. He also made every attempt to properly address the issues I was having with my refrigerator.
