Kent was efficient. Explained the problem and the cost professionally. We declined the service as our washer is only 7 years old and we have a lid problem that will cost over $750 to repair. We will replace this machine but NOT with a Kenmore.

Great experience with Nathaniel. We were kept in touch as to arrival time through the app and text messages showed up polite. Very professional. Got right to work, examined or refrigerator which was not cooling properly and also did a lot of work in and around the refrigerator underneath it behind it to make sure that the compressor was getting enough air to work properly and the refrigerator looks like it's working perfectly now. Great representative of the company.

Technician diagnosed and solved the problem. A technician from a previous company failed but gave us instructions on how to use the washer that we had for more than ten years. Machine used to turn itself on and the controls became useless.
