Ziad fixed what he came to fix, he answered all our questions about various filters on our refrigerator, and patiently waited while I cleaned behind the refrigerator while it was pulled out from the wall. He even tried to field questions about our broken microwave, which is not what he came here to do. Good work, Ziad!
