Larry arrived on time. He immediately detected problem and corrected it. After I told him I use to have repair warranty he described the Total yearly appliance program. No hard sell but his knowledge of the details helped me to decide to enroll for a year. Very satisfied With service and communication

Anibal was very presentable and professional. He had to pull the refrigerator out to work from the back. He was able to do that easily. The work didn't take long to perform at all. Everything was explained well concerning what to expect with the icemaker.
