The tech came on and quickly identified the problem, quoted me all the costs, and gave me my options. I gave him my decision and he fixed the problem, which was the ignition unit, in less than an hour. My only complaint was that the could have updated me a little better, with a time estimate S to where I was in the queue. The messages they did send out were pretty meaningless.

Larry arrived on time. He immediately detected problem and corrected it. After I told him I use to have repair warranty he described the Total yearly appliance program. No hard sell but his knowledge of the details helped me to decide to enroll for a year. Very satisfied With service and communication
