Rating Scott for washing machine repair
Scott was courteous , knowledgeable and timely. He came out and installed the part the original tech ordered but that did not fix the problem. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the correct part and installed it later that evening. Turns out we waited over a month for a back ordered part that wasn't going to resolve the problem. If only Scott would have been our first tech! Thanks Scott for your diligence, you're awesome!!!!
