Extremely Competent Service
My service person knew exactly what needed to be done. A refrigerator control panel needed replacement and he completed the job in 10 minutes. In addition he gave me tips on how to maintain and upkeep my refrigerator and coils to avoid future mechanical problems. I asked some technical questions and he knew the answers. I was very pleasantly surprised on the high quality of service from Sears.

Excellent service. Service provider was very prompt, efficient and transparent. He presented me with the most costly repair and the least costly repair and since my refrigerator had never been serviced, I opted for the no parts repair using WD40. The buzzing stopped. Thankful for great service. Will highly recommend.
