Jeffrey responded to our home to resolve issues we had with a malfunctioning dishwasher. The issues involved water leaking from our dishwasher after completing a washing cycle and water not draining from the dishwasher. In short order, Jeffrey determined the problems were caused by a plug not having been removed in a recently installed garbage disposal. He recommended we contact the person who installed the garbage disposal and have them remove the plug. Before arriving at our house, Jeffrey alerted us when he was on the way and he arrived well within the scheduled 8:00 AM-5:00 PM time frame. We found him to be very professional and obviously very knowledgeable about how to resolve issues such as ours.
