I had some new Z-Line appliances that gave me a lot of trouble, so I had to call warranty services. The first two service companies that On-Point warranty assigned were not very responsible and left without communicating with me. After going back and forth for a year, On-Point assigned Sears Service to me, and I suddenly saw the difference. They communicated with me each step of the way, showed up on time, and got the job done!
