Donta arrived on time and assessed the repair problem and proceeded get the work done. We were informed of the issue and how the repair was done. Overall in about an hour the repair was completed. Testing was done and everything checked out. We appreciated the professional approach and efficient workmanship. Donta does an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the repair.

Jeff arrived right on time at 8am and immediately started to take the ice maker apart. He found an ice jam at the top, which he removed. He was finished in no time. Jeff is truly an asset to your organization. Thank you.

Great service, thorough job checking to see where the model number was, which we ultimately couldn't find because my range was so old. He showed genuine interest in my safety as the glass top has broken. Would recommend.
