Jeffrey was great. He kept me informed of his. ETA and when he found the parts sent were used and damaged, he was very ethical and acted with integrity not to just patch my appliance with defective parts. I am 150% satisfied with his service. I am COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED with my service from Sears Home Services. You have completely mismanaged this repair. You never updated me on the status of the parts order. There was one hard to locate part that my home warranty company had to procure when you just stopped looking for it or communicating anything to me about the part. You left me hanging on even a status update on parts for at least four weeks. You confirmed an install appointment for me on 7/29 and then did a no call/no show. And your customer service phone number where you can't actually reach a human is the dumbest system ever. The AI chat and then live agents you get via your service request links are useless. I have easily done the AI chat and live agent chats 10-15 times with the promise that my service request was being escalated and someone from customer service management would be calling me within 24 hours. I never got a call from anyone at Sears Home Services. This freezer/fridge repair was initiated on 6/18 and is still not complete. This has left my rental tenant without the ability to store perishable food for her and her 4 year old special needs child for almost 2 months. I am at risk of losing them as tenants or having to refund their rent because of this. I will not allow Sears Home Services to EVER be assigned to my service requests again and would absolutely never refer you to friends and family. Please do better! Dionne Jones

Donta arrived on time and assessed the repair problem and proceeded get the work done. We were informed of the issue and how the repair was done. Overall in about an hour the repair was completed. Testing was done and everything checked out. We appreciated the professional approach and efficient workmanship. Donta does an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the repair.
