Good experience with one exception: the online rescheduling. I rescheduled the original appointment to an earlier one because I received the necessary part very quickly from the supplier. But the online scheduling system kept reverting the schedule change. I had to call twice in order to make the schedule change permanent. That experience should have been much smoother. 3 stars for the online/scheduling experience. 5 stars for the technicians who diagnosed and repaired the problem with my washing machine.

Jeffrey was really patient with our lack of organization. He allowed us enough time to retrieve the package with the parts for our refrigerator from our neighbors' house and did a great job by quickly installing the new parts. Our very old refrigerator is now working perfectly! Thank you
